Did you know our staff is underpaid compared to neighboring districts? It’s alarming, but it’s true—we’ve fallen behind our peers, and the gap is growing. Even more shocking, our incredible and dedicated employees—teachers, bus drivers, and support staff who give their all every day—are earning less than their counterparts in the Greeley School District. This is unacceptable.
These are the people shaping our children’s future and keeping our community strong. They deserve better. It’s time to step up and ensure that our staff receives the pay they deserve, so they can continue to be the heart of our schools and stay rooted in the community they serve.
